Dirk Niepoort went to the old-style of Vinho Verde for his Nat’Cool white. Using a blend of native varieties including Azal, Arinto, Avesso and others, the wine is made with a traditional, hands-off approach, as it used to be done.
Bottled with a touch of residual sugar and fine lees, the wine re-ferments, resulting in a slight spritz. Fresh and light, full of fruit and ultimately, very drinkable!
We love that these wines come in a litre bottle! Eco points and all the better for sharing!
