Their journey commenced as a playful endeavour back in 2014, with Radostin and Peter initially having no concrete blueprint for transforming their enthusiasm into a bona fide enterprise. With the acquisition of a personal vineyard proving elusive, they opted to embark on a journey of exploration through Bulgaria's diverse winemaking regions. A resolute conviction underpinned their quest: it was time for the overlooked local grape varieties to claim the recognition they unequivocally merited.

After a twelve-month maturation period within acacia barrels, the wine showcases a nuanced character that marries the vibrancy of green apple, gooseberry, and lemon within its aroma. This is mirrored on the palate, where a gentle and rejuvenating effervescence.
