Pieropan's Soave Classico is a longtime Butler's favourite - a perfectly balanced organic wine from a top producer in the heart of Veneto's classic white wine region. And here it is in midweek-mini format. 

The best Soaves are a medley of zesty lemon peel, white flowers, peaches and almond notes. This wine is the epitome of that style. It offers ripe, rounded fruit and a bouquet of floral aromas but also a delicious mouthwatering freshness, culminating in a clean, pure citrus finish that just goes on and on.
