This Domaine originates in Santenay in southern Burgundy, the estate was split up between the four siblings. Vincent created his own brand and moved to Meursault to expand. He now has 22 hectares spread across numerous sites.
In 2009 he converted the site fully to biodynamics.
His whites are where he really excels, these are extremely approachable when young but the top crus benefit from 4-5 years of bottle ageing.
A delicate and distinguished wine, greeny-gold in colour. Made from 100% Chardonnay from vines over 50 years old, this is a very fine wine but well balanced and easy drinking. Hazelnut, toasted almond and mineral notes with a clean acidity keeping you going back form more. Perfect with seafood or white meats.
Made from a blend of a local variety, Callet, and french varieties Merlot and Syrah....
