Vinification is made in the traditional “lagar” method in granite with controlled temperature at 25º. The malolactic fermentation occurres in stainless tank just after alcoholic fermentation. After fermentation the wine is taken in inox tank and then partially aged in French oak barrels.
Aromas of ripe berries are paired with the lingering notes of charred wood and cedar. On the palate the wine has intense notes of red, ripe fruit like cherries, cranberries and freshly picked raspberries. It is complex but well married with the wood. Full mouth, concentrated with soft tannins.
Excellent pair with all kinds of meat dishes, especially for accompany of grilled meats.
