Dimitrios Dougos began winemaking as an amateur in 1983. In the town of Larissa he developed a reputation for his exceptional winemaking and he planted a small vineyard with a traditional winery. His son and daughter now run the operation. Thanos is an Agriculturist and Louiza is a Chemist so it is no surprise that their vineyard works with organic principles and is certified as such.
