The Raventos family have a viticultural tradition dating back to 1497, making them one of the oldest continuous vineyard owners in the world. Josep Maria Raventos i Fatjo is credited with producing the first Cava in 1872, creating a legacy that the following generations take very seriously. The focus has always been on quality and regionality, in particular expressing the special properties of the local terroirs.

The Blanc de Blancs is the ‘premier’ sparkling wine of the estate. The majority of the grapes are Macabeu, Xarel-lo and Parellada, and the aim is to reflect the complexity of the terroir by blending different parcels together. A structured, fresh and complex wine with white floral notes on the nose. Perfectly balanced with a marked minerality, soft and fresh fruit flavors, and some nutty notes.
