Someres Negre

Penedes is a mecca for the Spanish sparkling wine Cava, so it is perhaps no surprise to see the Pinot Noir grape variety, often used as the spine of many sparkling wines. Winemaker Jordi Raventos has made a really pretty, delicate still Pinot Noir, which we loved. It's soft, juicy and very drinkable. They farm organically, and it has low sulphur. And you can feel super good about yourself, knowing that each glass you enjoy will help to keep the gorgeous looking donkeys happy and healthy!
