£76.00 GBP £84.45 GBP

Lugana (Italy) - £14.49

A very fine and elegant wine from close to Lake Garda. Fresh and fruity with citrus and stoned fruit, almond, spice, and a clean minerality. A delicious wine.

Alexandrins Viognier - (France) - £12.99

This is an aromatic mineral wine which offers immediate drinking pleasure and will be perfect with aperitifs particularly seafood. It's full of stone fruit with a clean mineral finish.

Diamantakis Assyrtiko White Dry 2018 (Greece) £13.99

A delicious Assyrtiko from a family vineyard in Crete. It is fresh and clean, but with an underlying richness and complexity.

Noah (Italy) - £16.50

Started in 2010, Noah is part of the new generation of winemakers in northern Piedmont. The grapes for this come from a small parcel in the Mesola region. It's a blend of Nebbiolo, Croatina and Vespolina which is aged in stainless steel for 6 months. A wine that is ready to drink now isn't something that Piedmont is known for but this hits that spot. It still has the big rich fruit but its acidity and vibrant flavours make it approachable now.

Dourosa red (Portugal) - £14.99

douROSA wines are created (and priced) as approachable blends for early drinking... but don't think that makes them simple. This red is so balanced and elegant, full of concentrated red fruits, shot through with fresh acidity and resting on a velvety-soft cushion of young, juicy tannins. Really versatile wine, great with all kinds of foods.

Albacea Monastrell (Spain) - £11.49

When the weather turns and you want a richer wine this ticks all the boxes. The nose has rich plum and blackcurrant pastille characters, with delicate vanilla spice and cedar. The palate is ripe, smooth and opulent with layers of pure blackcurrant, juicy blackberry, lush spicy plum and cherry fruit, minerality and fine tannins on the finish. Ideal with hearty meat and vegetable stews, rustic sausages, grilled meat.
