Sugrue The Trouble with Dreams 2017

Wine maker Dermot we think is among the very best, he is known for making the wines at Wiston Estate and makes wines for many other English producers. He's a bit of a legend and a great friend of ours. 

A blend of 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir; fruit sourced from both Storrington Priory Vineyard and Mount Harry Vineyard and partly matured in oak barriques.

Restrained and fine, this has outstanding potential for further development; a very small vintage due to spring frosts, just 7,700 bottles produced.

This is a young and fruit driven wine. Precise, pure and linear.
