Terra D'Alter Viognier has a light golden colour, aromas of peach and apricot, and some floral notes. It reveals a smoothness and creaminess reminiscent of pastries and brioche. Very balanced acidity and freshness give this wine a very harmonious finish.
The viognier grapes are harvested at optimal aromatic ripeness. The wine was kept in contact with the fine lees for 3 months before being bottled.
Great with grilled chicken, white fish, seafood, goat cheese.

Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Not only did their wonderful team organise and deliver within an incredibly tight deadline they drafted a message for me too which I approved. Wonderful!!

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
