Vibrant cherry drop in colour, gently sparkling with a slight haze from à la volée disgorgement. Wild cherry and pear drop on the nose with crisp red apple, white pepper, cranberry and blood orange dominating the palate. A juicy mouth-watering peachy finish means this this wine pairs perfectly with BBQ fish and summer salads. That said, food not necessary, pair with a sunny day.

Great Wine/Spirit shop with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff
This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
