Grape: 40% Pinot Blanc (Weissburgunder) 40% Pinot Gris and 20% Chardonnay, wild yeast fermented, bottled in Spring 2015.
Attractive spicy nose, fresh and crisp and really zesty on the palate. Lemon, white peach a hint of grapefruit and lime with lovely spice. Really clean and pure, its lovely now as so zesty and fresh but sure to develop well gaining more depth and spice. Would be great with fish but also some lighter styled Mediterranean dishes.
