Since 2019 we have been recording our own Butlers Podcast. It was my idea trying to do something no one else was really doing in the wine world at the time and it grew from there.

Our niece Evie does the intros and outros for us and Henry and I record them all on my iphone in one take.

We discuss wine trends, different regions or grape varieties, wine producing countries etc plus a few random things when I get distracted.

The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks but spends a short period on fine lees, lending a pleasing texture. It displays ripe stone fruit and delicate floral notes on the nose, with an uplifting palate of lemon and peach. The finish is fresh and mineral with bitter citrus peel. Drinks well with fish, seafood, and simple pasta dishes.

Versatile wine that works well as an aperitif but is food friendly as well. We drank it with a chicken and asparagus risotto and will definitely do so again.
