Zerberos VZ 2015 – is Albillo Real grape from gnarled old vines in the Gredos Mountains of central Spain. Naturally fermented in clay amphora with 4 months skin contact.
The winemaker is local lad Daniel Ramos, who trained under Telmo Rodriguez and began his own Gredos odyssey in 2011.
The label depicts in a 2D way the movement a pencil describes on a piece of paper when dangled from a stand and left to blow in the wind. The wind being the Viento Zephiros.
This wine has lovely elegant fruit, it's a fine wine, not in your face, it has subtlety. The Shiraz fruit comes from 105 year old vines. It's aged in old oak and concrete.
This semi-dry Vermouth is hand-crafted from a carefully selected blend of 40 herbs, spices and citrus peels each adding depth, complexity and interest to this delicious drink.
Semi-dry in style, it’s ideally suited to drinking on its own paired with strong cheeses, nuts or cured meats; or as a partner in many cocktails.
