This is one of the most extraordinary varietal Cabernet Francs we have tasted - up there with the very best winemakers in the Loire Valley but with a distinct sense of its warm mountainous origin. Aromas of blackcurrant, rhubarb, jasmine and redcurrant are complemented by spicy hints of French oak and a stony mineral quality.
