Now in their fourth generation, the Falasco family remains steadfast in their commitment to excellence, with 80 years of passion and expertise in wine production.
Cold maceration for five days at 8°C sets the stage for a 28-day fermentation at 30°C, followed by 100% malolactic conversion. The final flourish comes from 15 months of aging in first-fill French oak barrels, culminating in a wine of unparalleled complexity and character.
A full-bodied, opulent wine. Ripe black fruits intertwine with luscious cherries and succulent plums, accented by subtle notes of violets and vanilla. Exhibiting impeccable texture and a lingering finish, it is a quintessential Argentinian wine perfectly suited for pairing with quality cuts of steak, gourmet burgers, or succulent lamb dishes.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome.
