Domaine Alexandre stands as a testament to a family legacy spanning three generations. Presently under the stewardship of siblings Guy and Olivier, this estate encompasses 13 hectares of meticulously tended vineyards nestled within the core of Chablis. Their dedicated cultivation techniques ensure minimal yields, resulting in wines that exude rich expressions of fruit.
This is a very classic style of Chablis that is elegant and lively with a broad range of citrus and mineral characters on the palate. Plenty of fresh fruit and white floral notes are followed by dried fruit on the long balanced finish

Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Not only did their wonderful team organise and deliver within an incredibly tight deadline they drafted a message for me too which I approved. Wonderful!!

Great Wine/Spirit shop with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff
This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
