Our standard shipping rate is £9.99 for National delivery in the UK Mainland.
We have tested many delivery companies to ensure your wine is delivered in a timely manner and undamaged.
Our delivery prices are standard flat fee rate up to a spend of £150. We currently use APC and DHL for our national deliveries.
FREE Shipping on orders over £150
Orders must be placed before 10am to be eligible for next day delivery (Excluding Friday, weekends and Bank Holidays).
Orders placed on a Friday dispatched on Monday unless you choose to pay for Saturday delivery (please contact us directly for a quote).
Although orders are booked on a 'Next Day' service, we recommend that you allow 2 working days for your order to arrive.
It should also be noted that Bank Holidays can add a day or two to delivery times.
We will send you an e-mail when your order has been dispatched.
Local delivery (Brighton & Hove, BN1, BN2 and BN3) is £2.99 or free over £40.00 spend. Please place your order before 11pm to next day local delivery.
Local deliveries operate Monday - Friday only.
Scottish islands, some remote areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland, UK offshore islands and the Channel Islands are subject to additional shipping costs. Please contact us with your order and we will quote delivery charges. Please allow three working days for orders to these locations.
We can also send wines internationally but we are experiencing issues with restrictions on the export of alcohol. There are also new Brexit charges and customs complications.
We will assess international orders on a case by case basis and provide you with a custom quote and flag up and specific issues which may arise. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the USA.
PO Boxes and BFPO addresses
Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes or to BFPO addresses.
Can I choose a specific day for my delivery?
While we don't offer this option during checkout you can contact us after placing your order and we will happily schedule a delivery to suit you. We do offer Saturday delivery but it is subject to additional charges. You can choose a pre 10:00, pre 12:00 or pre 16:00 delivery time.
Can I track my order?
We notify you by email when you order has been dispatched, with a consignment number and link to the Courier tracking information. We track your order through our shipping company to ensure it's delivered safely to you.
What if my wine is broken?
If any bottles are broken during transit and delivery they will not be delivered to you. We don't see the point of giving you broken bottles. Our delivery company will notify us if your order is not delivered and we will arrange redelivery for the next earliest day.
