The hero grape of South Africa - the Cinsault component ensures excellent ageing, as well as immediate drinkability - a lovely smooth, supple palate. As Adi has always said, he hopes to imitate "the great old wines of the Cape."
From the island of Madeira, this medium-dry fortified wine offers an interesting slightly herbaceous edge, followed by a nutty, dry caramel palette. There’s a little sweetness balanced by good acidity, a very interesting wine that matches well with a host of foods, from anchovies on toast to hard cheeses like Gruyere or Comte.
A blend of Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer with 10 days of skin contact, making an orange wine. Artisan brings us to a different universe of flavours! It is definitely spicy and exotic, slightly hoppy and freshly grounded white pepper, pink grapefruits, mandarin as well and mango skin and lychee flavours. Fresh and flavoursome as we like it, this wine is original and addictive. To be consumed slightly chilled.
Ripe cherry, herbal and subtle tobacco aromas. The palate has juicy plum and berry fruit, fresh and bright acidity, supple balancing tannins and a bitter cherry twist on the finish.
The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano (100% Prugnolo Gentile) is another big, powerful wine loaded with dark fruit, leather, spices and earthiness. This generous, cask-aged Vino Nobile builds on the finish as the tannins come to life, but the balance is unquestionably outstanding.

Rich old amontillado nose. Lots of depth. Nicely nutty. And not too sweet. Properly dry on the palate. Nicely austere. Yet rich and full flavoured on the follow-through. Elegant and intense. Fine.
