A classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes, resulting in a remarkable sparkling wine. The wine showcases a pale silver lime-leaf green hue, adorned with a mesmerizing stream of small, persistent bubbles. On the palate, it delights with toasty notes, accompanied by hints of under-ripe pineapple and greengage fruit. Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Not only did their wonderful team organise and deliver within an incredibly tight deadline they drafted a message for me too which I approved. Wonderful!!

Henry and Team managed to locate some difficult to find American wine which they kindly offered and I gratefully accepted. They truly differentiate by being able to surprise by sourcing stock very much outside the run of the mill.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
