The Jean Collet Chablis, is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in organically farmed vineyards. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, this Chablis makes an excellent aperitif. Elegant and refined wine with good flinty minerality, citrus and stone fruit.
Classic Chablis minerality and flint notes with delicious citrus aromas & plenty of green apples and orchard fruit to balance. The palate is lean with terrific acidity & a lingering finish. Everything you would expect from a top tier Chablis producer!

Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Not only did their wonderful team organise and deliver within an incredibly tight deadline they drafted a message for me too which I approved. Wonderful!!

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
