Founded by Larry Hyde in 1979, Hyde Vineyards produces some of the most coveted grapes in Napa Valley. Consisting of over 200 planted acres on several vineyard properties in Carneros, the Hyde family sells fruit to over 35 different wineries while retaining a small quantity of vines for their estate wine program.
This Chardonnay has aromas of citrus blossoms, yellow pear, and lemon custard, followed by flavours of stone fruit and toasted almond. Produced from select vineyards in the Carneros AVA, the Hyde family's meticulous farming and winemaking practices result in a full-bodied, silky, and balanced Chardonnay. Enjoy with a variety of dishes, such as grilled shellfish or smoked salmon.

Words can't express the brilliance of Butlers or the thoughtfulness, expertise and compassion of their team! Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Not only did their wonderful team organise and deliver within an incredibly tight deadline they drafted a message for me too which I approved. Wonderful!!

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
