Rathfinny Classic Cuvée 2019 is the latest vintage of this benchmark Sussex Sparkling, made in the traditional method from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes grown and hand-harvested on the Rathfinny Wine Estate.
Aromatic orchard and citrus fruits, mingling with creamy pastry notes on the nose. Harmonious and balanced on the palate, with soft bubbles and a deliciously crisp finish. A wonderful aperitif or pairing for fish and seafood.

Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Not only did their wonderful team organise and deliver within an incredibly tight deadline they drafted a message for me too which I approved. Wonderful!!

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
