Made a 100% from the best Chardonnay grapes, grown here in Sussex in 2018, it is the perfect expression of the English viticulture and world-leading winemaking. Each bottle spends at least four years on lees to bring the full depth of complexity, it truly is an exquisite sparkling wine worthy of the greatest of celebrations.
