The Tomatin 12 Year Old core single malt from the ace distillery in the Highlands is classically smooth, matured in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and ex-Spanish Sherry casks. Fruity, spicy, fresh, herbaceous aromas with green apple joins spicier notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and Parma violets, along with a touch of milk chocolate. It is the prelude to sweet flavours of crème caramel, lemon and dried orange peel, orchard fruit on the palate before a full bodied, raspberry jam, toasty and buttery finish.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
