In the heart of the Muscadet appellation lies Domaine de la Combe, nestled within Saint-Fiacre village. Here, a range of grapevines, spanning from 70 years to 4 years old, contribute to the vineyard's diverse terroir. Since assuming leadership from his father in 2016, Pierre-Henri has been dedicated to transitioning the estate to full organic certification. Surrounded by the Sevre river, the domaine benefits from a distinctive microclimate.

The Melon de Bourgogne (Melon Blanc) grapes, sourced from a fully organic plot with schist soils, undergo a meticulous process. Harvested during the cool night hours to preserve freshness, they undergo a 12-hour maceration on their skins. Unlike traditional Muscadet Sevre wines, this offering skips lees aging, allowing for a natural fermentation process. The resulting wine is characterized by its dry, refreshing profile, accentuated by a typical salinity reflective of the region. A subtle spritz on the finish adds to its brightness and allure.
