Albourne Estate is a family-owned vineyard and winery overlooking the beautiful South Downs, just 8 miles from Brighton in the heart of the Sussex countryside. They craft small quantities of award-winning still and sparkling English wine using only our own sustainably grown grapes.
100% Chardonnay with a low 11.5% abv makes this a super easy drinker with a well rounded complexity. A vibrant vintage English fizz bursting with apples, buttery pastry, almonds and fresh citrus.
Made from estate-grown and hand-picked Chardonnay fruit, the finished wine spends at least 36 months on lees before release. A wine with elegance, finesse and subtle complexity, the fizz is made with a low dosage (5g/litre) this is the perfect accompaniment to any celebration!

Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Not only did their wonderful team organise and deliver within an incredibly tight deadline they drafted a message for me too which I approved. Wonderful!!

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
