For the Heritage Reserve wines, De Loach combine their Russian River Valley grapes with those from selected growing regions in California to produce good value, approachable wines.
This Zinfandel was made from fruit grown in vineyards in the Central Coast appellations where the coastal fog and cool evenings create a good environment for extended ripening.
This Zinfandel has aromas of ripe blackberries, black cherry and sweet spices. The palate is full-bodied with ripe tannins and bold fruit, tempered by well-integrated oak.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome.
