A fantastic value new white wine from the southwest of France, made by the Armagnac producer Domaine de Papolle. A blend of traditional Armagnac varieties Colombard and Ugni Blanc with Sauvignon Blanc and Gros Manseng, it delivers lots of flavour and personality at an everyday price!
The nose presents citrus and tropical fruit aromas: lime, kiwi and bergamot. The palate is light, dry and very drinkable (it's just 11.5%!) but with a pleasant peachy roundness thanks to the Gros Manseng in the blend. Delicious to drink with salads and shellfish, or simply enjoy a cold glass on a hot day.

Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Great Wine/Spirit shop with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff
This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
