They belong to the Cercle des Vignerons de Provence union of cooperatives whose objective is to bolster Rosé de Provence’s position on the world stage. They are committed to quality and use the latest generation bottling lines to protect the integrity of the wines created in the vineyards and ensure they reach the final consumer in optimum condition.
Named after the native Mediterranean Rollier bird, it is a beautiful pale rose. Aromas of white peach and citrus with a symphony of red summer fruits on the palate. This is an elegant wine best served chilled and enjoyed with friends!

Words can't express the brilliance of Butlers or the thoughtfulness, expertise and compassion of their team! Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Not only did their wonderful team organise and deliver within an incredibly tight deadline they drafted a message for me too which I approved. Wonderful!!

Great Wine/Spirit shop with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff
This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
