Reverend Hubert Summer Cup 50cl 20.1% -Originally made in 1904 by Reverend Hubert using prizewinning fruit from the vicarage garden for his congregation’s Christmas party and summer village fete. This award-winning Summer Cup, hand-made in the Cotswolds, contains a balanced quartet of natural real fruit. Sweetness from luscious plums and bursting pomegranates is balanced with tart rhubarb and sharp cranberries.
Cantina di Gambellara V Valfonda Prosecco NV -This 100% Glera grape Prosecco from Veneto. Light straw yellow in colour, the nose has notes of pear and floral hints. It is fresh and soft in the mouth and makes an excellent aperitif. It goes well with delicate dishes such as fish and shellfish. We had the label designed for our buying group by the students at the Royal College of Art.

Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Not only did their wonderful team organise and deliver within an incredibly tight deadline they drafted a message for me too which I approved. Wonderful!!

Sourcing Stock
Henry and Team managed to locate some difficult to find American wine which they kindly offered and I gratefully accepted. They truly differentiate by being able to surprise by sourcing stock very much outside the run of the mill.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
