Kickstarting with honeyed notes of lemon peel and yellow apples this makes way for a deep aromatic profile of candle smoke, bees wax and yellow flowers. This is backed up by a delicious saline Minerality, this is a wine you could leave your nose in all night and forget to even drink it. On top of that this wine would love a couple years in the cellar to expose a deeper layer of aromas after some time in bottle. This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
