Perched atop high hills and slopes, this terroir boasts optimal water drainage and aeration, nurturing grapes that mature with rich colour, polyphenols, and structural integrity. Vineyard management adheres to sustainable and time-honoured agricultural practices, with grapes meticulously hand-harvested to preserve their inherent quality.
Classic Albariño aromatics take centre stage, offering a delightful interplay of herbal aromas with hints of stone fruits and citrus. On the palate, it unfolds with a pleasingly textured and rounded profile, culminating in a subtly gripping finish. Its luscious fruitiness is elegantly balanced by a refreshing acidity.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
