The southern Rhone offers a huge selection of grapes to blend from and this is no exception, however the core elements of Grenache Blanc (Bringing acidity along with apple, citrus and greener notes) goes in with a good dose of Viognier (Bringing nutmeggy, spiced aromatics and body) and a touch of Roussanne to finish (Body, texture and further aroma). Mid weight and very food friendly.

A bright, fresh and fruity wine made for drinking young. It is fragrant on the nose with notes of white fruits, apple and citrus. On the palate it is soft and fruity with a lifted finish.

An elegant, truly gastronomic rosé from our home in the Rhône. A classic salmon pink rosé with delicate perfumed aromas of rosehip syrup, wild berry blossoms and cherries on the nose. Full flavoured, ripe and beautifully balanced with acidity, there’s elegant textured berry fruit on the palate with a twist of raspberry freshness to lift the finish. Deliciously balanced and moreish.

Bright lemon yellow in colour with greenish tints. It shows elegant and intense aromas of fresh citrus and stone fruits and some minerality, which gives it great freshness and complexity. The palate is elegant and balanced, with fresh fruit flavours and crisp acidity lasting for a long time on the finish.
Toh comes from Friuli in north east Italy. The grape variety used is called Friulano. It is aged in steel on it's lees for three months to give a creamy texture. Friulano can have a nutty aroma and oily texture, in a good way! Di Lenardo, the producer, makes 17 different wine sin the region including Pass the Cookies. The Toh is often matched with local Prsciutto.
Deep golden colour with acacia, nut hull, vanilla and honey perfumes. Balanced tannin and sweet and concentrated to give a dried fruit, citrus fruit and caramel flavour.
It goes well with almonds and dry desserts or foie gras and blue cheeses as well as on its own for meditation.
Pure salmon-pink in colour with an appealing herb-spiked and fruity nose. The palate is finely balanced; quite rich, spicy red fruit is accented with bright acidity and a cleansing, sapid finish. This is a lovely expression of the grapes and of the land.
Very smart varietal Shiraz, savoury but polished and seriously appealing. Dark garnet with a violet rim. Fresh lifted berry fruit that draws you in! Full yet elegant with bramble aromas and cream, cassis and black cherry flavours on the palate with structure provided by fine tannins with a long rich, ripe finish.
False Bay is a winemaking project in South Africa. The winery is in an area know for it's complex biodiversity, so they have to be respectful of the surrounding environment. They adopt a hands off approach to wine making, everything is done very naturally.

Old bush vine Cinsault forms the backbone of this 'proper' rosé. A pale, spicy and textural Rosé mostly sourced from bush-vine Cinsault with summer fruits on the palate and a lovely clean, dry and finish.
Perfect with Mediterranean dishes especially juicy pan-fried garlic prawns... or drink chilled on its own.

This is the result of our first project with Pieter Walser, it is a wine unique to us with our own label. This is hopefully the first of many to come. This is Pinot Blanc from the Stellenbosch region, this has been aged in oak for one year to give texture. The sulphur addition is tiny, and the wine is vegan.
Pieter swapped some Semillon grapes for his Pinot Blanc, because the wine maker wasn't allowed to sell them to him, hence 'Give and Take".
We loved the opulent, food friendly nature of the wine, complex, rich and savoury.
This has good balance, fleshy melon and peach fruit on the attack, with a zesty dry finish.
