The Donnelly Creek vineyard, in Anderson Valley, consistently produces a wine with dark fruit flavours, roubsut blackcurrant and black cherry. This is the more muscular Pinot Noir in the Fel/Breggo collection, the oak ageing adds further spice.

Made by using a carefully selected blend of new and older ‘reserve’ wine from their 1er cru Vineyards. With a great rip citrus backbone and a core of toasty, biscuit, honeyed stone fruits and soft baked apple. The mousse is lovely and soft, delicate bubbles and good length on the finish. The wine was vinified in oak barrels. The Edouard Brun range offer such great value.
This is a stunning rose Champagne. Elegant and stylish character; great colour and lovely bubbles. Showing lots of subtle summer fruits, rose and orange blossom with a fresh, creamy mousse. Delicious!!
In colour, the crystal clear gold colour tends almost to the green. Its fresh attractive nose is generous, with a lemon character and note of passion fruit. A lovely minerality in the mouth indicates a good, balanced structure, with an intense backbone and very long finish with some white pepper notes.
This is from Southern Champagne, Riceys. The heavier soils in this region produce richer style of Champagne, it is great value, round and medium rich.
Gallimard is a small grower Champagne, specialising in Pinot based fizz. We use this one because it it has really good value for the price. Champagnes based around Pinot Noir, give a richer, textured style of fizz. Blanc de Noirs means it is a white wine made from black grapes, so there is no Chardonnay in this blend.
The two plots who compose this cuvee are Les Seuvrées and La justice. Les Seuvrées give elegant wine while La justice plays on a more muscular card.The wine from Gevrey-Chambertin swing between musk spice and fruit. This balance showcases the class of great terroir.

"Ruby-red colour with some depth, and garnet hues on the rim. This has an elegantly proportioned nose with finely presented aromas of dark-red berry and cherry fruit along with a harmonious amalgam of plums, dark herbs and nuances of red florals and subtle spicy oak. Medium-full bodied, the palate is soft and refined with rich flavours of dark-red berry and cherry fruit entwined with red floral and plum elements, along with a balanced layering of spicy oak and dark herbs. The flavours form a good heart and the flavours are gently mouthfilling, underlined by fine-grained tannin extraction in the background, and integrated acidity. The flavours carry to a lingering, soft finish of fruit and oak. This is an elegantly proportioned Pinot Noir with a balanced palate of red cherry and berry fruit with plum, herb and spice interest on a fine-grained palate. A highly fragrant style of Marlborough Pinot with cinnamon and clove spiciness – a dense structure, generous palate weight and a long, lively finish.

Rich and golden in colour, with a delicate mousse and aromas of honeyed citrus fruits, white peach and brioche in the glass. The palate is suffused with red apples, poached pears and bright red berry fruit, displaying more developed notes of freshly baked bread and apple pie and a long, rounded finish.
With a delicate salmon pink appearance, this rosé combines aromas of ripe strawberries and apricots with a rich biscuit and oatmeal development. The palate demonstrates a vibrant acidity highlighting bright raspberry, red currant and crunchy red apple flavours balanced by a full, creamy mouthfeel and a complex herbal finish.
