Kingscote Estate is located in the Kingscote Valley, near East Grinstead. The vineyards have been planted within the origins of the English country garden created by author William Robinson who previously owned the land.
Fifteen-acres of vines have been initially planted, including Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Bacchus, Pinot Blanc and Regent grapes. The initial vines were planted in 2010, 2011 and 2013. The vineyards have been planted on south facing slopes in the land of the original English country garden established by William Robinson and set within the picturesque backdrop of the Kingscote Valley. The soil is a rich mix and contains sand, clay and ironstone.
A two-acre apple orchard was planted in 2011 with 14 different varieties of classic English apples including Bramley, Jonagold, Cox and Spartan. Kingscote Sparkling Cyder is made using the champagne method with the apples from our orchard.

The botanicals we forage for Hibernation Gin are influenced by the later season, and include wild crab apples, blackberries, bilberries and lingonberries.
We combine these with carefully selected classic, and other locally-foraged botanicals, and precision-distil with a combination of our own pure spring water and grain spirit, before over-wintering in a rare White Port cask.
We believe this is the world's first gin to be aged in a fully-seasoned White Port barrel, and we are indebted to our friends at Niepoort Vinhos for providing this to us.
Each bottle is hand signed and lot numbered, recognising extremely limited production.
Bottled at 45% volume without chill-filtration.
Hibernation Gin is an exquisite sipping gin, optionally chilled, or as a martini, and also makes a delicious negroni.
Silly Moo Cider's name comes from the cows going a little bit silly when they get the chance to devour the apple pomace left behind from pressing the juice..!
Full of fresh apple aromas, bottled Silly Moo is a medium dry 4.8% ABV slightly sparkling cider. Golden in colour and made from only freshly pressed apple juice and yeast, no added sugar or sweeteners. They don't pasteurise this cider but it is carefully filtered to keep it fresh (and stop it fermenting further).
A Rich blend of malts provides a luscious deep red colour.
A second fermentation in oak barrels
Blonde is an organic lager with a crisp, fresh flavour which makes it a perfect accompaniment to all food.
The organically grown hops deliver a floral note to the brew, and the purity of flavour is protected by meticulous cold filtration.
This is a long, powerful brew with a firm body and a luxuriant head.
The result is an authentic craft beer, gluten free, traditionally brewed, with no compromise on quality, taste or strength.
