Pure top notch Chardonnay from the original estate vineyards at Ridgeview. Lower yields and high concentration on the palate give an explosion of citrus and ripe, at times tropical fruit. There's honey and toast to back it up, hallmarks of the extended lees ageing prior to bottling. Top quality English wine with the ability to age for a good few years.
Vibrant rose with strawberry and raspberry flavours and peach and strawberry aromas.
The first dry cider from Norman Hunts & Sons using an old traditional Herefordshire cider apple, the Broxwood Foxwhelp amongst others. Grown and fermented on the farm, the light, dry, flavoursome cider is a perfect summers drink.

The Blanc de Blancs 2011 comes from the oldest vines in the vineyard. It has aromas of toffee, brioche and mandarin. The flavour is creamy with almond and a hint of lemon zest. Only 2500 bottles of the Blanc de Blancs 2011 have been produced.
This semi-dry Vermouth is hand-crafted from a carefully selected blend of 40 herbs, spices and citrus peels each adding depth, complexity and interest to this delicious drink.
Semi-dry in style, it’s ideally suited to drinking on its own paired with strong cheeses, nuts or cured meats; or as a partner in many cocktails.
A Rich blend of malts provides a luscious deep red colour.
A second fermentation in oak barrels
100% Chardonnay (Burgundian and Champagne clones). Aged for min 36 months on lees and 3 months on cork. 12% alc. Great finesse and elegance. Golden colour, delicate mousse, green apple, citrus, toast and tarte tatin aromas. Zesty acidity, a well developed wine. Flagship Gusbourne wine.
This refreshingly classic Pilsner lager is brewed using a combination of traditional German hops including Saaz and Tettnanger, producing a mild, fresh, citrus aroma and an elegant bitterness.
The same top class Chardonnay as runs throughout the Ridgeview range, here blended with a little red wine from Pinot Noir & Meunier. This deep, fully ripened addition provides luscious red fruits while not overshadowing the freshness of Chardonnay. A bright and really satisfying rose perfect with sunshine & strawberries but also a fabulous partner for Trout or Salmon.
Kingscote Estate is located in the Kingscote Valley, near East Grinstead. The vineyards have been planted within the origins of the English country garden created by author William Robinson who previously owned the land.
Fifteen-acres of vines have been initially planted, including Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Bacchus, Pinot Blanc and Regent grapes. The initial vines were planted in 2010, 2011 and 2013. The vineyards have been planted on south facing slopes in the land of the original English country garden established by William Robinson and set within the picturesque backdrop of the Kingscote Valley. The soil is a rich mix and contains sand, clay and ironstone.
A two-acre apple orchard was planted in 2011 with 14 different varieties of classic English apples including Bramley, Jonagold, Cox and Spartan. Kingscote Sparkling Cyder is made using the champagne method with the apples from our orchard.
A unique and delicious lightly oaked English Bacchus. Light green gold in colour. The nose is clean, rose petal, subtly spicy. The palate is dry and rich. Peach, ripe gooseberry and lime in a delightfully complex riot of flavours. A long citrus and spicy finish.
The botanicals we forage for Hibernation Gin are influenced by the later season, and include wild crab apples, blackberries, bilberries and lingonberries.
We combine these with carefully selected classic, and other locally-foraged botanicals, and precision-distil with a combination of our own pure spring water and grain spirit, before over-wintering in a rare White Port cask.
We believe this is the world's first gin to be aged in a fully-seasoned White Port barrel, and we are indebted to our friends at Niepoort Vinhos for providing this to us.
Each bottle is hand signed and lot numbered, recognising extremely limited production.
Bottled at 45% volume without chill-filtration.
Hibernation Gin is an exquisite sipping gin, optionally chilled, or as a martini, and also makes a delicious negroni.
Silly Moo Cider's name comes from the cows going a little bit silly when they get the chance to devour the apple pomace left behind from pressing the juice..!
Full of fresh apple aromas, bottled Silly Moo is a medium dry 4.8% ABV slightly sparkling cider. Golden in colour and made from only freshly pressed apple juice and yeast, no added sugar or sweeteners. They don't pasteurise this cider but it is carefully filtered to keep it fresh (and stop it fermenting further).
Blonde is an organic lager with a crisp, fresh flavour which makes it a perfect accompaniment to all food.
The organically grown hops deliver a floral note to the brew, and the purity of flavour is protected by meticulous cold filtration.
This is a long, powerful brew with a firm body and a luxuriant head.
The result is an authentic craft beer, gluten free, traditionally brewed, with no compromise on quality, taste or strength.
