Terre dei Buth Spumante Bianco Special Cuvée Organic NV (Veneto) £12.50
From Treviso in the Veneto region of Italy, Terre dei Buth are specialists in producing Organic and Vegan Prosecco. They wanted to make an enveloping, aromatic and fresh white Spumante, just as Prosecco is, but with a more complex bouquet.
This is soft, fruit driven, extremely easy to drink, with a dry finish. Light straw yellow color. Elegant fragrances with notes of white flowers. Fresh and fruity. Works well with the dishes with vegetables with a slightly bitter aftertaste like asparagus and cabbage.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful.
