This 100% Glera grape Prosecco from Veneto. Light straw yellow in colour, the nose has notes of pear and floral hints. It is fresh and soft in the mouth and makes an excellent aperitif. It goes well with delicate dishes such as fish and shellfish.

Made with Fiano, fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, with bottling taking place within 4 months. Mild intense straw yellow colour. This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome.
