Envínate Albahra is a red wine produced by Envínate in Albacete. The winery was founded by four young adults who met while studying oenology, and decided to set up Envínate to develop wines in the different zones from where they came from. Always with the spirit of winemakers and with respect for the land, they aim to intervene as little as possible when transforming the grapes into wine, true craftsman.
Envínate Albahra is made exclusively with the Garnacha Tintorera grape variety, taken from vineyards planted in Almansa. The vinification process is carried out with 50% of the stems in cement vats where the wine is vinified with its own yeasts. Malolactic fermentation carried out, followed by ageing for 5 months.
