These unique flavours contribute to the subtly complex character of Alma Finca—an orange liqueur made with fresh fruit, leaves, blossoms, and spices. Each ingredient is meticulously selected and sourced from the Yucatán Peninsula, then cleaned, peeled, and processed by hand. Each component is individually macerated for five days, ensuring a perfect blend of flavours.
The Mexican Margarita
Preparation: Add all ingredients with ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake and pour over ice into a low ball glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome.
