Bèrto Distilled Dry Gin is a refined London Dry–style gin that blends classic tradition with a distinctly Italian flavour. Inspired by the vision of artisan producer Federico Ricatto, this gin was created to marry the backbone of juniper with the perfume of Mediterranean botanicals, all grown in Italy.

The base grain spirit is first infused with the carefully selected botanicals before undergoing a slow, double distillation in a traditional pot still a process that takes just under a week to complete. This gentle, patient approach allows each ingredient to express itself fully, resulting in a gin with balance and impressive depth. In style, Bèrto sits in the classic camp, with a juniper-led profile reminiscent of Tanqueray, but softened and lifted by aromatic herbs and floral notes.

Bright, clean juniper leads the nose, followed by fragrant rosemary and bay leaf, with subtle floral tones from iris and a faint bitterness from wormwood. On the palate, the texture is beautifully smooth and rounded, with layers of herbal freshness and gentle sweetness unfolding across the tongue. Elegant and well-balanced, the high alcohol is carried effortlessly, finishing long, dry and aromatic.
