You cannot legally have a red Chablis, so these are labelled under the lowly Bourgogne Rouge appellation, this is deceptive, as they over deliver for this quality level. We have two different wines from them, the Grande Reserve and Les Brulis, these are from two different sites in Chablis.
They are both made with freshness in mind, and they are not heavy in alcohol. Les Brulis, is full of crunchy berry fruit with a light body, and a bright clean finish. The Grande Reserve offers more richness and a rounder body. Both are very drinkable now and offer great value compared to other burgundies.
