Initially focused on ageing, blending, bottling, and selling wines, the family's journey took a flavourful turn with the creation of blanc cassis aperitif. This evolution led to the production of fruit crèmes, liqueurs, brandies, and marcs de Bourgogne, marking the family's enduring commitment to the art of fine spirits.
“Manzana Verde” means “green apple” in Spanish and it is aptly named as Briottet’s Manzana Verde gives off the heady, soft and fruity vigour of wild apples harvested in the Basque mountains. Upon tasting you will also find it is resoundingly refreshing and it has a very long delicious finish.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
