This family project was born with a clear philosophy: to develop unique wines that convey the essence of the land, using environmentally friendly traditional techniques for a vine and its surroundings in the “Valle Dels Alforins”.
Clos De Lôm are the fourth generation of a family that has been linked to these vineyards since 1950 and has decided to finally share the secrets of their land and send it to wine lovers all over the world. The Clos De Lôm family consists of a team of professionals that combine their extensive knowledge of the land where they grow in our vineyards, the “Valle Dels Alforins”, and the use of processing techniques leading to achieve the best wines.
These wines originate from petite vineyards with goblet-shaped vines, aged around 40 years. Predominantly unoaked, they exude vibrancy. The aromatic profile is perfumed, slightly floral, featuring notes of blackcurrant, raspberries, and blueberries, with a subtle hint of balsamic. On the palate, the wine is delightful and pure, showcasing lively black and red berry flavours, accompanied by hints of spice and the sweet essence reminiscent of high-quality jam. The finish is creamy with a touch of pepper. The wine possesses a pleasing weight, and it is recommended to serve it slightly chilled from the cellar. Its versatility makes it an excellent companion for a variety of dishes. A subtle touch of creamy oak enhances the finish.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
