Domaine de la Chaise Touraine Sauvignon Blanc 2024 is a fresh, dry white wine from the Loire Valley in France. It is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on limestone and flint-rich soils, giving the wine a fresh and mineral character.
On the nose, it has bright citrus and fresh green fruit aromas. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with flavours of grapefruit, lemon and light tropical fruit, followed by a clean, lively finish. It is an easy-drinking wine that works well with seafood, salads, goat’s cheese or as an aperitif.

Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
