The Gayda-Sphère wines embrace both tradition and innovation to show the true essence of the grape varietal.
An intense, opalescent golden colour with silver highlights which immediately catches the eye. The nose reveals aromas of dried apricot and orange zest, adding a lovely freshness. On the palate it is gourmand with a citrus attack of mainly blood orange, before ending with a refreshing finish, marked by vegetal notes of liquorice and a mineral touch that prolongs the tasting.

Words can't express the brilliance of Butlers or the thoughtfulness, expertise and compassion of their team! Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Not only did their wonderful team organise and deliver within an incredibly tight deadline they drafted a message for me too which I approved. Wonderful!!

Great Wine/Spirit shop with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff
This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
