The Brasserie Dupont is a former farm dating back to 1759. In 1844, it became the Rimaux-Derrider farm-brewery, specialising in the production of honey and “Saison” (season) beers, so called because the farm-breweries produced this type of beer in winter for consumption on the fields in summer.
First brewed in the 1950s, Dupont's Monk's Stout is a perfect winter beer. Rich but dry with chocolate and coffee notes from roasted malt. The beer is brewed using only high-grade, certified-organic barley malt, rice and hops.

Words can't express the brilliance of Butlers or the thoughtfulness, expertise and compassion of their team! Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Not only did their wonderful team organise and deliver within an incredibly tight deadline they drafted a message for me too which I approved. Wonderful!!

Great Wine/Spirit shop with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff
This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
