A slightly different take on Garnacha. Perhaps a more modern approach, as it's completely produced in stainless steel. The wine is a little more focused on pure, berry fruit, with a light extraction. A natural fermentation and very light pigeage, combined with natural fresh acidity, leave a very drinkable wine. A little bit of floral and herbal notes, and soft tannin keeps interest on the pallet.
Designed to be approachable young, and to be enjoyed through the summer, perhaps chilled a little. A very drinkable red.
Sparkling Portugese red, bursting with fruit and vibrancy. Delicious with cured hams, meats and quality...
A blindingly good wine for the price made from one of my favourite grapes, roussanne,...
