With the motto “Fortitudine Vincimus” – By endurance we conquer, The Fledge & Co aim to create a cellar worthy Portuguese varietal blend from rare Cape vines which they only release in truly exceptional vintages.
A melange of red & black hedgerow fruits, tilled wet earth, bright exotic spice, meaty undertones, hints of fynbos (cape flower), cocoa nibs, cloistered in powdery yet firm tannins, a savoury twang and lilt of acidity add freshness to this fine wine.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
