Made from parcels of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan grown around the town of Nîmes on red pebble and limestone.
Fermentation is kept short to preserve the ripe fruit flavours. All the varieties are vinified separately to give the winemakers full flexibility when it comes to blending.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome.
